The thought “is my body broken?”
MANY WOMEN EXPERIENCE
Most women were never given a meaningful education about pleasure. The effects often show up quietly through disconnection, confusion, or the feeling that something more is available.
You may recognize yourself here:
You feel more in your head than in your body during intimate experiences
Pleasure feels limited, inconsistent, or difficult to access
You know there is more available than what you've experienced so far
You struggle to identify or communicate what you want
You wonder why something that seems natural for others feels complicated for you
Nothing is wrong with you.
PILLAR ONE
The education you never received
A grounded understanding of women's sexuality, arousal, pleasure, and the factors that shape them. Learn what supports pleasure and what interferes with it. Many women have been left trying to navigate their bodies without a map.
PILLAR TWO
A structured pleasure practice
This framework offers a repeatable way to build sensitivity, awareness, and connection with your body over time. Rather than chasing outcomes, you'll learn how to create the conditions that allow pleasure to expand naturally.
PILLAR THREE
Pleasure grows in community
Some things are better integrated collectively. Gather with women who are exploring pleasure, embodiment, and desire as an everyday practice through conversation and connection.

The Pleasure Practice
Become one of
the Pleasured.
The Pleasure Practice is a community space for women choosing to relate to themselves differently.
Here, pleasure isn’t something you earn, perform, or wait for someone else to give you. It’s something you learn to notice, cultivate, trust, and make room for.
When you enter The Pleasure Practice, you’re stepping into a growing movement of women who are becoming more curious about their bodies, more honest about what they want, and more willing to let pleasure have a place in their lives.
When you join this community,
You’re becoming one of the Pleasured.
I spent years performing pleasure before I learned how to feel it.
MEET DELANEY
My relationship with this work began over fifteen years ago teaching pole and erotic dance to women. Through those years I witnessed how many women carried disconnection, self-consciousness, and shame in their relationship with their bodies.
After leaving that work, my curiosity never did.
Despite feeling comfortable in my body and teaching movement to other women, there was still so much I had never been taught about my own experience of pleasure. For years, I struggled to access deeper states of pleasure, believing, like so many women do, that something was wrong with me.
So I immersed myself in the study of women's sexuality, embodiment, and pleasure while developing my own conscious practice. The more I explored, the more I realized I wasn't alone. Many women have received very little education about their pleasure.
We were taught how to perform and how to be desirable. What was missing was a deeper understanding of how pleasure works, how to build it, and how to cultivate a greater capacity for it.
I created this work because I wish someone had given me this education earlier.
Everything I share is shaped by research, lived experience, and a belief that women deserve a clearer path to understanding themselves, their bodies, and their pleasure.
