Pleasure Practice Guide
Pleasure is something we learn, explore, and practice.
Somewhere along the way, most of us received a very incomplete education about our bodies and our pleasure. Maybe we learned how not to get pregnant. Maybe we learned that desire was shameful, something to suppress rather than explore. What we almost certainly did not learn is that tending to our own pleasure is a profound act of self-love, one that ripples outward into every area of our lives.
This guide is an invitation to slow down and get curious. To show up for yourself consistently, the way you would show up for anything else that matters.
This practice is yours.
There is no finish line, no performance to perfect, no standard to meet. There is only the ongoing, loving act of returning to your body, with curiosity, with breath, with presence, and discovering what you find there.
