Learn Your Body.
Own Your Pleasure.
The Pleasure Education
Many Women Never Received
A complete on-demand course in women's sexuality, self-pleasure, and partnered confidence.
I spent my twenties teaching erotic dance and pole fitness to women. I could help a woman own a room and embody confidence in her sensuality. But in my own intimate life, I knew my body was capable of more.
WHERE IT STARTED
I’d felt glimpses of deeper pleasure and connection, but I couldn’t access it consistently, and I didn’t understand why.
That gap became an obsession. Over the next several years, I immersed myself in sex science, somatic work, Tantra, and nervous system theory. I built a consistent solo practice and slowly, my relationship with pleasure began to change.
Pleasure Ed was born from that process. A body of work shaped by both deep research and lived experience, created to help women build a more connected, embodied relationship with their own pleasure.
Pleasure is a capacity, and capacity is built through practice.
WHAT NO ONE TELLS YOU
High school sex ed taught you about pregnancy. It didn't teach you about women’s sexuality, why emotional safety is a prerequisite for physical pleasure, or how to build orgasmic capacity over time.
When you've spent years operating on shame, performance pressure, and a nervous system that doesn't feel safe enough to fully open, your body learns to cap out early. Most women are working with a very narrow range of sensation and no roadmap for expanding it.
Your body is not broken. It's and undereducated and undertrained.
Pleasure Ed is a structured, science-backed curriculum paired with an embodied practice you build over time. The methodology combines women's sexuality science, somatic awareness, and a progressive self-touch practice to expand your capacity for sensation.
You'll learn the science of arousal and pleasure first, because understanding what's happening in your body motivates and directs exploration. Then you'll learn how to touch yourself in ways that build sensitivity. Then you'll learn how to communicate, set the conditions for safety, and bring a partner into the experience without losing yourself.
This is cumulative work. Each module builds on the last. The practices are designed to be done consistently over three to four weeks, 15 to 30 minutes at a time.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
MODULES 1-4
Releasing shame and the science of your pleasure
You'll leave understanding exactly how female pleasure works anatomically and neurologically, why so many women struggle with partnered orgasm, and what you've been carrying from your cultural conditioning that has nothing to do with your actual capacity. That understanding alone changes things.
MODULES 4-8
Building your pleasure practice
You'll learn how to touch yourself in a way that builds sensation, not just rushes toward a familiar endpoint. Foundational technique, pleasure zones most women have never properly explored, how to use breath, sound, and movement to amplify sensation. An audio-guided practice is included for use on your own, at your own pace.
MODULE 9-15
Erotic identity, communication, and partnered confidence
You'll identify your erotic type, learn how to name what you want so you can ask for it, and receive a complete framework for talking to a partner about safety, boundaries, and desires without it feeling like a conflict. By the end, you'll know how to create the conditions where your body can open with someone else in the room.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for you if
- You carry shame about your body, desires, or pleasure.
- You've never had a real education about how female pleasure works.
- You want to build a practice, not just read and do nothing.
- You experience inconsistency with getting there, alone or with a partner.
- You are single or partnered. This meets you wherever you are.
This is not for you if
- You want a quick fix. Minimum 3-4 weeks of consistent engagement.
- You are unwilling to spend time alone with your body.
- You're in active trauma recovery without a therapist. Get support first.
- You're looking for explicit content. This is educational, not pornographic.
I spent years performing pleasure before I learned how to feel it.
MEET DELANEY
Like many women, I absorbed cultural messages about what I was supposed to want, how I was supposed to respond, and what a “good” intimate experience looked like. I had very little real education about my own body or pleasure.
My work began over 15 years ago teaching erotic dance and pole to women as a pathway back into their bodies. Over time, that work deepened through the study of conscious sexuality, and embodiment. But my most meaningful education came through my own conscious practice and learning how to build a more honest relationship with myself, my body, and my pleasure.
I started that journey years later than I wish I had. I don’t share from the position of having always had it figured out. I share from lived experience, research, and the work of unlearning shame and creating a cleaner path for other women to follow.
Pleasure Ed is for the woman who has been intimate for years and senses there is more to feel than what she has experienced so far.

FAQ
-
Plan for two to four hours per week moving through one module per day. Lifetime access means you can pace this however works for you. The 30-day calendar removes all the guesswork.
-
Good time to take it. The self-knowledge you build applies immediately to your solo experience and carries directly into your next relationship. Several women have told me taking this while single meant they showed up to their next partnership completely differently.
-
Yes. Understanding your own body, what sensation feels like, how it builds, what you actually want, is what makes it possible to communicate and receive in a partnered context. This guide focuses entirely on your relationship with yourself, which is the foundation for everything else.
-
No. There is nudity in some demonstrations because teaching anatomy and self-touch without it would be less effective, but there is no sexually explicit content. Think of it like a medical education taught by someone warm and non-clinical.
-
If you're actively in trauma recovery or regularly triggered by body-related content, please work with a therapist before or alongside this course. If your history is more historical and you have support in place, many women in that position have found this work deeply supportive. Reach out before enrolling if you have questions.
